About Angela
Angela is a Scientist, Healer, Intuitive, Author, and Teacher, with over 15 years of experience guiding women to empoweringly realign during life’s phases and times of change, to become more authentically and unapologetically themselves, and to increased self-care, vitality and joy.
Helping them to disentangle from the stories, events, and difficulties that prevent them from being healthy, empowered and joyous. Her work has created deep change in their lives so that they are able to reach their goals and dreams.
Through her own health struggles and burnout, Angela studied, researched, and practised many forms of healing. Seeking an easier way for people to heal themselves, she developed a practical, simple healing system—REALigning SELF, that integrates science and holistic health and can be used anywhere, anytime.
Angela's has developed her weaknesses and sensitivities into her greatest strengths and gifts. Using her body as a barometer which shows her when, where and how things are misaligned and guiding her what will create realignment with greater health, vitality and joy.
Angela has a Bachelor of Science in Zoology and Microbiology, extensive experience in many industries, and is trained and certified as a Kinesiologist, Theta Healer, Animal Intuitive, and many other alternative health practises. She founded Healthy People Have Healthy Pets in 2008 to help people and their pets and REALigning SELF in 2020.
